During a 20 year career working in education and coaching, I've taught young people in some of the poorest parts of the UK and I've coached leaders from some of the world's biggest companies.

Enabling people to think clearly and understand their capabilities always gives me the same thrill, regardless of where they come from and what they do.

Access to information has never been easier; we have the world on our phones which can help us to connect and inspire. The pay off is that everyone's thinking space is compressed by a constant stream of data and opinion. Through coaching, I offer a space to think in that's purposeful, creative, free from judgement and importantly, away from the noise.

It's my instinct to help people to achieve and thrive and I place high value on treating others with kindness and empathy.

There are coaches and there are accredited coaches. Coaching needs to be honed and developed which is why I am constantly working on my coaching skills and insights.

NLP Master Practitioner.

Neuro Liguistic Programming is nowhere near as sinister as it sounds. It’s simply a way of understanding how and why we say what we say to enable better communication.

Qualified Teacher.

Teachers ask questions all day every day. I taught for a decade and trained hundreds of teachers to question everything. I ask great questions. I think I’ve made my point.
