The best reminder of my authentic self
It was beyond a pleasure working with Mark. He is exceptionally gifted at being able to listen to and observe his clients intensely.
While we only worked together for 5 sessions, he cracked me open in a way that others have not been able to. It is also worth saying that I am a client in a professional field unfamiliar to Mark and that did not matter - his sole purpose was to help me be honest with and true to myself.
In addition, it was important to me that I be able to talk to Mark about elements of who I am openly and freely, specifically being a Black woman. I could not have felt more accepted and appreciated. In our last session, we finalized my “personal contract” that I refer to constantly - it’s the best reminder of my authentic self and what it takes for me to feel valued, and I could not have gotten there without Mark and his commitment to my growth.
I am eternally grateful and can see myself tapping into him for years to come.

Firefighting to directing within a few weeks
After losing my business partner without warning, Mark helped me to move from firefighting to directing within a few weeks. Before I knew it, I had identified short, medium and long term goals and had mustered a plan of how to move forward.
His coaching brought out in me the answers that were already there yet were buried under a sea of anxiety and stress. I discovered strengths and a level of confidence that would never have surfaced if it had not been for Mark’s support, skills and investment in me as an individual. He asked poignant and often difficult questions, behaving like an inner voice helping me to arrive at decisions and see the opportunities ahead of me. I obtained so many tools for the future
I never liked going to coaching sessions, since you never how many meetings you will have to do all in all.
I have to say that after a few intensive sessions via video call with Mark, I felt that it was just what I needed! Short and sharp!

Right from our first meeting, Mark guided me and together we discovered my professional challenges and we succeeded in defining them.
